Just a quick check in today. Yes, my eyes are still wonky.

Thank you so much for all the emails and comments of encouragement regarding the whole Eye Thing! I really appreciate it!

Unfortunately, I can’t spend much time on the computer, reading, typing, and whatnot. It makes me almost seasick. I have to keep one eye closed, move my head from one side to the other, and bring my face in and out to see anything. It’s quite bizarre, and tiring.

Next week, mid-week, I’ll have the second eye finished and things will equalize. I have high hopes that this will make a huge difference in almost everything that I do. I will keep you posted on how things go!

For those who were waiting for A Fine Tradition and Willing Hands 2 to be back in stock, I’ve got them! So, right now, all three books (both Willing Hands books) are ready for you. You’ll find them in my shop, here.

Fortunately, I’ve got someone helping with shipping. I don’t trust myself to keep labels straight right now. Heh heh.

Oh my word. I know the eyes will be worth it in the long run. And I certainly cannot complain – there are so many worse eye cases out there in the world, as so many of you have written to tell me. I’m thankful for what I have! So thankful!

But wow. It’s very weird not halving equal sight and being off kilter all the waking hours.

I’ve been putting together a book review for you, and hopefully I’ll have that up later this week. I’m just writing little pieces at a time. I read the book several weeks ago – almost in one sitting, I enjoyed it so much. So I’m eager to share it with you!
